Prosper offers a variety health & fitness options!  From one-on-one sessions to group fitness classes (in-person & online), Ashley will support on achieving your fitness goals and through a more prosperous & healthy life.

New parents/guardians are encouraged to bring their babies to personal training (in-home) and to group fitness sessions.  Please contact me prior to  the program start-date for accommodations.

Personal Training: 1:1 and/or Semi-Private Coaching

Available packages for one-on-one training or semi-private training; personalized programs based on your access to equipment at-home or in a fitness centre.  All programs include guidance on nutrition habits.

Prices dependent on frequency of training per week.

1:1 Training:

1 SESSION/WEEK – $50/HR

2 + SESSIONS/WEEK – $45/HR

*Additional cost may apply for in-home sessions outside of Antigonish Town.

Semi-Private Training:

$45 per person/session

Online Coaching

Programming based on access to home or gym equipment.  Lift-Off Program required for Online Coaching clients to ensure proper lifting technique, form & breathing during individual workouts.

Package includes analysis/consultation of exercises 1x/Week for 1 hour via video platform.  Package also includes guidance on nutrition and program adjustments.

Pelvic Floor Training

Focus  is on developing a healthy pelvic floor; muscles in the core; and stability in the legs, in addition to proper breathing techniques; muscular tension relief; diastasis recti; and Kegel exercises.

The pelvic floor is the muscular cradle that supports the bowel, bladder, uterus and vagina.  The course is offered to both men & women with hypertonic (tight) and/or hypotonic (weak) pelvic floors.

 Program includes 6 group sessions – 1/week for 6 weeks for $108. 

1:1 or semi-private programs also available.

Specialty (P)Rehab Programs

(Re)Build a strong foundation through this corrective and preventative exercise program, which targets muscles & joints that commonly cause aches & pains:

Posture Workshop; Feet, Ankles & Knees; Hips, Spine & Back; and Shoulders & Neck.

Twice per week for 4 weeks (8 sessions) – $160.00

Bodyweight & Bands Bootcamp

Improve muscular strength, endurance, size and function through the use of resistance bands and bodyweight exercises.  Program also includes cardio training.

Chair Fitness

A full-body fitness program designed for individuals who have complications standing for extended periods.  The focus is on improving posture through upper-body exercises; building core strength; and creating stability/mobility in the lower body.

Twice per week for 4 weeks (8 sessions) – $160.00

 

Self Empowerment & Defence

Program focuses is on teaching women (ages 18+) to confidently brave confrontation with de-escalation; setting boundaries; safety planning; and using hands-on self-defence tools/skills.  Ashley will create a safe space to discuss trauma (past & future) and trauma responses during a confrontation.

1:1 or semi-private sessions available upon request.

One session per week for 8 weeks (8 sessions) – $160

 

 

Self Empowerment & Defence - KIDS Program

Program focuses is on teaching youth (ages 7 – 12) to confidently brave confrontation with de-escalation; setting boundaries; safety planning; and using hands-on self-defence tools/skills.  Children are taught to be their own heroes with the power to stand up for themselves & others.

One parent may participate with child at reduced rate.

One session per week for 8 weeks (8 sessions) – $160

 

Self Empowerment & Defence: Young Adults

Program focuses is on teaching adolescent females (ages 13 – 18) to confidently set boundaries with peers & co-workers and use de-escalation techniques daily or during a confrontation.  The program includes safety planning for social and recreational activities; being prepared to use hands-on self-defence techniques; and building self-confidence to assertively express needs & boundaries.

One parent may participate with adolescent at reduced rate.

One session per week for 8 weeks (8 sessions) – $160
